At Flowert, we take pride in offering the freshest, most beautiful flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Fresh Flower Products

  • No Returns: We cannot accept returns on fresh flowers, plants, or custom floral arrangements once they have been delivered.
  • Refund Requests: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the flowers or if they arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • You may request a replacement or a refund.
    • Refunds will only be issued if the product is returned in its original condition, and the issue is reported promptly.

2. Non-Perishable Products

  • For non-perishable items, such as vases or accessories, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Cancellations

  • Same-Day Orders: Due to the fast delivery schedule, we cannot cancel same-day orders once they have been placed.
  • Advance Orders: If you need to cancel an advance order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund.
